Our platform empowers sales teams at customers like Adobe, Lenovo, and Figma to ramp up faster with AI-powered training and coaching, instantly find and personalize collateral for customers, and engage their buyers with the industry's first AI Sales Room. We recently raised a $40M Series B led by Battery Ventures, with participation from existing investors including Y Combinator, Lightbank, Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures, Stage 2 Capital, and Formus. The round comes just four months after announcing our Series A, indicating a shift we're seeing in real time: revenue teams aren’t asking for more content or tools. They’re asking for better outcomes, and Letter AI is bringing those outcomes to life! We 10Xed our revenue last year and are looking for the best of the best in Chicago to join us on the adventure 📈. ## About the Role We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our team across the board: events, social media, brand and content initiatives, and product marketing. You'll help keep marketing projects organized and moving, while also contributing real writing: website copy, case studies, social posts, and more. The ideal person is an exceptional writer who can take a complex topic and make it easy to understand, is highly organized, and is genuinely curious about marketing, GTM, and AI (someone who sees something new and interesting and goes and figures it out on their own rather than waiting to be shown). You should be comfortable with ambiguity and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality; our roadmap shifts, and we need someone who can keep up and keep things on track. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to get hands-on exposure to every part of marketing at a high-growth company, working closely with a tight-knit, talented team. ## What You'll Do Marketing project coordination - Help plan and track marketing projects and campaigns across the team, keeping timelines, owners, and deliverables organized - Juggle multiple concurrent initiatives without letting details slip - Bring order to ambiguous or fast-moving projects, figuring out next steps even when the path isn't fully mapped out Events - Support planning and execution of company events, conferences, and sponsorships - Coordinate event logistics, materials, and promotion; some travel required Content & copy - Write and edit copy across the website, blog, email, social, and sales enablement materials: clear, human copy that makes complex ideas easy to understand - Write and coordinate customer case studies and testimonials, from outreach through publication - Proofread and fact-check marketing materials before they go live Social & brand - Create and schedule social media content - Help maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels Product marketing support - Assist with product launch materials, messaging, and sales enablement content - Coordinate with product and sales teams to keep collateral current and accurate ## What We're Looking For - Exceptional writing: able to take complex or technical topics and distill them into clear, easy-to-understand, human-sounding copy; be prepared to share writing samples or a portfolio - Exceptional organizational and project management skills: comfortable owning multiple projects and details at once without dropping the ball - Comfort with ambiguity: a bias toward action, able to move fast and still produce high-quality work - Genuine curiosity and a self-starter mindset: you actively follow what's new in marketing, GTM, and AI, and dig in yourself when something catches your interest - Open to recent grads (internship experience is welcome, no specific years of experience required) - Based in Chicago, or willing to relocate; able to come into the office 3 days/week when in town, with some travel for events - A collaborative, detail-oriented approach, comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly ## Nice to Have - Experience with a CMS (e.g., Webflow, WordPress) - Familiarity with email marketing or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) - Basic design sense or comfort with tools like Figma or Canva - Interest in or familiarity with the generative AI / sales tech space ## How We Operate At Letter AI, we want you to be unapologetically you while operating with our core principles in mind: - Customer-obsessed: Make your customers unreasonably happy and everything else will fall into place - Ambitious yet practical: Set big goals, but stay grounded with disciplined execution and ruthless prioritization - Direct yet kind: Never hold back from speaking your mind, but do so in a way that is kind to your colleagues - Driven yet humble: Push for excellence and deliver fast, but keep your humility What’s in it for you?
