Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Ownership & Scale: - Own the full lifecycle of paid acquisition across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with a focus on scaling spend efficiently while maintaining strong performance metrics. Growth & Experimentation: - Design and run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, funnels, and messaging to unlock scalable growth opportunities. Performance Management: - Track, analyze, and optimize against KPIs including CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and lead quality, translating insights into clear actions.
