Für unser österreichisches Marketing-Team suchen wir einen Marketing Manager (m/w/d), der unseren Senior Marketing Manager operativ unterstützt und Marketingmaßnahmen eigenständig umsetzt.

Deine Aufgaben

- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle für B2C- und B2B-Zielgruppen
- Planung und Umsetzung von Content sowie Beobachtung relevanter Trends
- Analyse von KPIs und Optimierung unserer Aktivitäten
- Unterstützung bei Events, Sponsorings, Influencer-Marketing und Kooperationen
- Mitwirkung bei Produkteinführungen, PR-Aktivitäten und vertriebsunterstützendem Marketing
- Pflege von Website-Inhalten und Umsetzung von E-Mail-Marketing
- Erstellung und Koordination von Marketingmaterialien
- Abstimmung mit internen Teams, externen Partnern und der Marketingleitung Österreich

Dein Profil

- Erste Berufserfahrung im Marketing (2-3 Jahre) oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Erfahrung mit Social Media: Channels, Trends, Content-Formate und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation
- Erfahrung in der Organisation von Events oder Marketingprojekten
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem kleinen Team
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Adobe-InDesign- und Photoshop-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
