We specialize in physics-informed ML and enterprise AI solutions that directly address climate and sustainability challenges. We’re growing quickly and already work with category-leaders in real estate (CBRE), energy (LevelTen Energy), logistics (Flexe) and utilities. We bootstrapped profitably for our first year and are now backed by leading investors focused on AI, climate and energy. We work on challenges in clean energy, decarbonization, climate risk, energy systems, and global economics. We’re building our company for long-term success and aim to create the ultimate place to work for those passionate about AI and making a positive impact. About the Role: As a Marketing Program Manager, you will own the operational machinery and discipline behind every program and campaign we run — the calendar, ABM, funnel, community, and brand — including the handoffs, the performance measurement, and the accountability that keeps them moving. It sits at the intersection of marketing, product, solutions delivery, and sales, and is the person who makes sure all prioritized campaigns, programs, and processes are executing to plan. Asana is the system of record for this work: the expectation is that anyone in the company can open it and know exactly what is running, who owns it, how it’s performing, and what’s at risk. What You Will Do: - Master the operating calendar for all GTM programs, including dependencies across product milestones, deployment timelines, and sales priorities. - Day-to-day execution support of demand generation programs targeting a narrow, high-value universe of accounts. - Content syndication and paid programs: vendor management, lead delivery and routing, list quality, and an honest assessment of what is producing qualified conversations versus noise. - AI search visibility work (AEO/GEO): maintaining the recurring audit and monitoring cadence, and tracking brand citation and mention coverage across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. - Programs built around proof of work — case studies, deployment outcomes, and technical content developed in coordination with solutions delivery and the engineers doing the work. - Community and social management across LinkedIn, Reddit, and practitioner forums, where our audience is technical and allergic to marketing language. - Campaign infrastructure and data hygiene in the CRM: campaign objects, UTMs, lead sources, lifecycle stages, and attribution that leadership can trust. - Funnel and pipeline coordination across sales, marketing, and customer teams: routing, follow-up discipline, feedback loops on lead quality, and visibility into how programs convert into real opportunities. - Lightweight, durable processes for intake, prioritization, approvals, and retrospectives, so that program volume can grow without proportional headcount. Core Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus - 2+ year’s of demonstrated ability to manage many concurrent projects/programs across stakeholders who do not report to you — this is the single most important qualification. - Demand generation and funnel management experience, with a clear understanding of pipeline mechanics beyond top-of-funnel volume. - Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or equivalent acceptable). - Working fluency with the modern GTM stack — marketing automation, ad platforms, and adjacent tooling. - Strong command of Asana or comparable work management tooling, including the ability to design structures that other people will maintain. - Comfort operating with ambiguity and incomplete information, and the judgment to escalate rather than let something quietly slip. - Experience marketing complex, solution-oriented platforms into enterprise or institutional buyers with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles is a plus - Background in enterprise SaaS, management consulting, or complex professional services is a plus - Direct experience in mission-critical industries — utilities, energy, municipal and public sector, real estate, supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, or defense. Bonus Qualifications: - Experience in B2B marketing, community management, or event coordination - Familiarity with the energy, utilities, climate, or cleantech space - Experience at an early-stage startup or building something from scratch - Existing network in energy, climate, or AI communities - Experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, social scheduling platforms, etc.) Why AZX! - Be part of a fast-growing, profitable, mission-driven company with industry-leading clients tackling the massive opportunity of AI transformation in critical industries. - Competitive early-stage startup compensation (based on capabilities, experience, and location) - Bonus eligibility - Health insurance with meaningful coverage for dependents - Flexible paid time off - Equity - Fully remote culture with a cluster of teammates in Seattle Additional Information: - Must be willing to travel to Seattle area for final interview and travel 2x/year for company summits - Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. - We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time. Next Steps: If this job sounds like a great fit but don’t check ALL of these qualification boxes, we’d still love to hear from you! ## About AZX ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: AZX is a vertical AI platform and transformation partner that builds custom AI applications to accelerate positive impact in critical infrastructure industries like energy, utilities, real estate, and logistics. - **Entity Type**: Private (Pre-Seed, $6 million raised) - **Headquarters**: Seattle, Washington, United States (with a registered address in Bellevue, WA) - **Founded**: 2024 - **Founders**: Aaron Goldfeder (CEO), Richard Evans (Chief Technologist), Michael Albrecht ## Core Business - **Primary industry/industries**: AI Transformation for Critical Infrastructure (Energy, Utilities, Real Estate, Logistics) - **Target customers**: B2B, Enterprise, and Mid-Market (category leaders in regulated and complex industries like power utilities, commercial real estate, and logistics) - **Mission or purpose statement**: To accelerate positive impact in critical industries through AI transformation. The company is structured as a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC). ## Products & Services - **AZX Platform (Vertical AI for Critical Infrastructure)**: A growing platform of reusable data, code, and models built from client engagements. It focuses on solving messy, unstructured data problems and brittle workflows that off-the-shelf tools fail to fix. The model is a hybrid of high-touch strategy consulting and custom engineering, with reusable components that compound over time. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not publicly disclosed - **Key Metric**: Total Funding — **$6 million** pre-Seed round (announced in 2025/2026). The team is small (~20 people) and mission-driven. - **Remote/Hybrid**: Fully remote culture with a cluster of colleagues in Seattle. Twice-yearly immersive in-person summits. - **Benefits**: Competitive base + bonus, healthcare with meaningful dependent coverage and HSA, flexible time off, stock equity, 401k. Roles include Senior Full Stack Engineer, Senior ML Engineer, and GTM AI Engineer. ## Sources 1. [azx.io - Careers Page](https://www.azx.io/careers) 2.
