Through our vertically integrated delivery model and highly automated microfactories, we deliver climate-resilient homes and buildings with greater speed and predictability than traditional construction. Our volumetric modular buildings are produced in our Andover, MA microfactory, with a growing pipeline across North America and a new microfactory on the way. We are building a system that balances repeatability with site-responsive design, enabling homes adaptable to each site, community, and customer need. Our cross-disciplinary team brings together architecture, robotics, design engineering, software, factory operations, and field delivery to change how housing gets delivered. We're reimagining the future of housing through a smarter and more sustainable system that empowers people to live better. Come build it with us. ## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Material Handler to keep our production line moving. Your mission is simple to say and critical to do: make sure builders never have to leave their stations to find material. You'll run regular replenishment loops through the factory delivering lumber, panels, parts, fasteners, and consumables to the point of use, keep line-side stock bins full, stage and kit material for upcoming modules, and support receiving when trucks arrive. This is a full-time, hands-on, on-site role at our factory in the greater Boston area, and it's a genuine entry point into factory operations — no prior experience required. If you're reliable, organized, and take pride in keeping things running, we'll teach you the rest, including forklift training and certification. ## RESPONSIBILITIES - Run scheduled replenishment loops delivering material, parts, and consumables to workstations before they run out - Keep line-side stock locations and kanban bins full, and flag low stock before it becomes a shortage - Pull, stage, and kit material for upcoming modules according to the production schedule - Support receiving: help unload deliveries, verify counts, and put material away in the right location - Record material moves and issues in our inventory system so on-hand quantities stay accurate - Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move material safely through the factory and yard (we will train and certify you) - Remove packaging and waste from work areas, return empty bins and carts, and keep aisles clear and safe - Flag shortages, damage, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager immediately ## QUALIFICATIONS - No prior experience required — warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or construction background is a plus - Reliable and punctual; this role runs on a schedule the production line depends on - Physically able to be on your feet most of the day, lift up to 50 lbs, and work indoors and in the outdoor yard year-round - Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-minded - Forklift experience a plus; certification a plus, and we'll train and certify you if needed - Comfortable using scanners and basic inventory software (we'll teach you our system) ## EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Reframe Systems is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. If you believe you have the skills to thrive in this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you don't meet 100% of the listed requirements. At this time, we are only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship. ## About Reframe Systems ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Reframe Systems is a vertically integrated design-build manufacturer that uses robotics, automation, and local microfactories to deliver high-performance, climate-resilient homes faster and more predictably. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series A) - **Headquarters**: Andover, Massachusetts, United States - **Founded**: 2021 - **Founders**: Vikas Enti (CEO), Aaron Small (Co-Founder, Head of Manufacturing & Operations), Justin Hersh (Co-Founder, Head of Tech) ## Core Business - Primary industry: Construction hardware manufacturing / residential housing - Target customers: Developers (B2B) – works with builders on projects from 2 units to entire communities - Mission: “Unlock resilient housing as a basic human right” – also described as “climate resilient homes for all” ## Products & Services - **Design-Build Manufacturing Service**: End-to-end service covering design coordination, permitting, site preparation, fabrication in microfactories, delivery, assembly, and finishing.
