In this role, you'll support purchasing, inventory, supplier coordination, and production scheduling while working closely with teams across the organization to keep manufacturing running smoothly. ## What You'll Do - Create and manage purchase orders and inventory transactions in ProShop ERP. - Monitor supplier deliveries and expedite materials when needed. - Track inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and help maintain inventory accuracy. - Coordinate material availability to support production schedules. - Work with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Accounting to resolve material issues. - Pick up materials, tooling, or components from local suppliers and outside processing vendors as needed. - Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and material flow. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and other supply chain projects. ## Qualifications - High school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in materials coordination, purchasing, inventory management, shipping/receiving, or a related manufacturing support role. - Experience with an inventory management or ERP system is required. - Experience with daily Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight and small parcel shipping and receiving is required. - Prior experience safely operating a forklift is required. - Manufacturing or supply chain experience in a production environment preferred. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new business systems. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a company vehicle for local supplier pickups and deliveries as needed.
