## 🐼 POURQUOI PRÉVENIR

Prévenir est un nouveau Service de Prévention et de Santé au Travail Interentreprises (SPSTI) en Île-de-France.

Notre ambition est de repenser la santé au travail pour améliorer l'impact sur la vie des salariés et l'expérience des professionnels de santé, en s'appuyant sur les moyens technologiques d'Alan.

Notre premier centre médical a ouvert ses portes au 117 Quai de Valmy (Paris 10ᵉ) et ce n'est que le début !

## 🩺 LE POSTE, CONCRÈTEMENT

Vous êtes médecin du travail référent sur un portefeuille d'entreprises adhérentes, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- Coordonner les trois missions des SPSTI (suivi individuel, action en milieu de travail, prévention de la désinsertion professionnelle) sur votre périmètre d'entreprises adhérentes, avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire que vous animez : IDEST, ASST, IPRP
- Innovation et amélioration continue: test et déploiement de nouveaux outils numériques en santé au travail, optimisation des protocoles, collaboration avec les équipes de développement, etc.

Ce qui change vs. un SPSTI classique :

- Une délégation réelle. L'équipe pluridisciplinaire et les IDEST prennent en charge ce qui peut l'être. Vous concentrez votre temps médical là où il a le plus d'impact.
- La téléconsultation à la demande du salarié, intégrée à votre pratique quand elle est cliniquement pertinente.
- Des outils numériques co-construits en fonction de vos attentes. Une équipe d'ingénieurs et de designers Alan développe avec les médecins les outils dont ils ont besoin — DMST, parcours de prévention, assistance à la rédaction de fiche d'entreprises, etc.

## 👤 LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Indispensable :

- Doctorat en médecine + DES ou CES de médecine du travail
- Inscription à l'Ordre

Idéalement :

- Goût pour le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire et la délégation
- Curiosité pour les outils numériques et l'IA appliqués à la pratique médicale
- Capacité à construire une relation de confiance avec salariés et adhérents
