Tandem’s AI assistant empowers clinicians by generating clinical notes, certificates, and referrals directly from consultation conversations, and seamlessly provides relevant diagnosis and procedure codes. We’re actively expanding our capabilities with new modules like advanced clinical decision support and pre-charting tools.

We are assembling a top-tier team in Finland dedicated to bringing Tandem’s AI solutions to dental professionals across Wellbeing Services Counties and private dental clinics. Our mission is to ensure that every dental organisation experiences the full value of Tandem’s technology, adapting it to their workflows so it becomes an indispensable part of everyday clinical practice.

## What You Will Do

- Lead the implementation of Tandem’s solutions within dental practices and clinics, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting users throughout their transition to AI-powered workflows.
- Develop a deep understanding of dental clinical workflows and tailor Tandem to meet the unique needs of dentists, dental hygienists, and wider practice teams.
- Deliver expert user support, resolve issues quickly, and identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback.
- Collaborate closely with our world-class Product and Engineering teams, helping shape Tandem’s dental offering by sharing customer insights and participating in focused product development initiatives.
- Represent Tandem at dental conferences, industry events, and workshops, sharing our vision for how AI can transform dental care.

## What You Bring

- Experience working as a dentist in a clinical setting
- Exposure to consulting, start ups, scale ups, or entrepreneurial environments is advantageous. While hands-on clinical experience is highly valued, we're also looking for someone with a broad perspective, commercial awareness, and a problem-solving mindset.
- A genuine passion for technology and AI. You don't need to be a technical expert, but curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Adaptability and an entrepreneurial approach. We operate with urgency and teamwork to accomplish what’s needed quickly.
- Quick thinking, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional fluency in Finnish and excellent communication skills in English.

Location We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based in Helsinki where you will work collaboratively with your local team, as well as with our Stockholm-based team. Travel is expected locally to meet customers, and trips to Stockholm to meet the full team are also a requirement.
