## Job description

Jouw rol

Als Medisch Support Specialist ben je een onmisbare factor in de beoordelingsprocessen van ons medische acceptatie-team. Jij zorgt er namelijk voor dat deze processen soepel, nauwkeurig en klantgericht verlopen. Bovendien kun je een grote rol gaan spelen in het opbouwen van een nieuw team binnen Insify, en kun je zelfs invloed hebben op hoe wij medisch risicomanagement aanpakken.

Het Operations Team

Wij zijn het kloppende hart van Insify. Bij elk contactmoment — of het nu gaat om een aanvraag, een vraag of een complexe medische situatie — zorgen wij ervoor dat klanten zich gehoord, gesteund en goed geholpen voelen. We werken snel, werken nauwkeurig en verbeteren continu. Met een groeiend medisch acceptatieteam en uitbreiding naar meerdere Europese landen, speel jij een directe rol in iets wat echt impact maakt.

Jouw rol Als Medior Medisch Acceptant ben je een zelfstandige en ervaren kracht binnen ons medische acceptatieteam. Je beoordeelt complexe AOV-aanvragen, werkt nauw samen met medische specialisten en draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit en optimalisatie van onze processen. Je hebt weinig sturing nodig — je pakt je werk op en voert het uit. In ruil daarvoor bieden wij je de flexibiliteit die daarbij past.

Wat ga je doen

- Zelfstandig beoordelen van AOV-aanvragen, inclusief complexe medische dossiers
- Inhoudelijk sparren met medische specialisten over complexe casuïstiek
- Signaleren van knelpunten in processen en actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen
- Meedenken over de verdere ontwikkeling van het medische acceptatiebeleid
- Fungeren als vraagbaak voor junior collega's waar nodig

Wat je meebrengt

- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in medische acceptatie, bij voorkeur binnen AOV of vergelijkbare producten
- Een stevige medische achtergrond — je hoeft niet uitgelegd te krijgen wat een diagnose betekent
- Zelfstandige, resultaatgerichte manier van werken
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands
- WFT-certificering is een pré
