## Job description

Combineer jouw technische expertise met leiderschap bij Robin Radar.

Zoek jij een rol waarin je techniek en mensgericht leiderschap combineert? Als Teamlead Electronics Assembly stuur je een technisch team van 4 aan én werk je zelf mee aan het bouwen van onze geavanceerde radarsystemen. Jij zorgt voor de juiste balans: heldere doelen stellen, roosters afstemmen, knelpunten oplossen en je teamleden helpen het beste uit zichzelf te halen. In nauwe samenwerking met Engineering en Planning borg je de kwaliteit en continuïteit van onze systemen.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

- Dagelijkse hands-on ondersteuning: Help je team bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Dit omvat het solderen, assembleren, testen en kalibreren van elektronische onderdelen voor onze radarsystemen.
- Teamleiderschap: Verdeel de dagelijkse taken, stel heldere doelen en borg een gestroomlijnde workflow voor je team van 4.
- Planning en uren: Organiseer de werkroosters, keur urenstaten goed en beheer verlofaanvragen om de voortgang erin te houden.
- Coachen en ondersteunen: Help je teamleden hun vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en bied praktische ondersteuning bij knelpunten.
- Procesverbetering: Zorg dat het team de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen naleeft. Signaleer knelpunten, stel efficiëntere werkwijzen voor en houd de dagelijkse operatie gestroomlijnd.

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

- Mbo-4-diploma (of gelijkwaardig werk- en denkniveau) in de richting van Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of een gerelateerd hightech vakgebied.
- 3+ jaar ervaring in een hightech productie-, assemblage- of engineeringomgeving.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden, coachen of aansturen van een technisch team (2 tot 8 medewerkers).
- Sterke hands-on ervaring met elektronica en assemblage.
- Ervaring met tools zoals HiBob en Odoo (voor planning en urenregistratie) is een pré.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om opbouwende feedback te geven en collega's te motiveren.
- Een proactieve en nuchtere mentaliteit.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en schrift
