## ABOUT MELIUS

Melius is building the agents lab for creative work.

We’re creating a new category of AI-native creative tooling: a collaborative workspace where humans and agents generate, edit, and orchestrate images, videos, and audio together, allowing users to steer and have full creative control of their workflows. Instead of jumping between fragmented tools, prompts, and workflows, Melius gives artists, creators, and teams an entire ecosystem to direct AI end-to-end.

Our platform combines real-time collaborative infrastructure, multimodal AI models, and agentic workflows to help brands, studios, and creative teams store, create, and polish high-quality creative output at a scale never seen before.

## THE ROLE

Generative models and AI agents are improving fast, but most creative teams lack the fluency to achieve what's possible with them. The gap between vision and output comes down to knowing which model to reach for, how to prompt it, and how to chain the steps into a workflow. Our Creative Engineers are the ones who show customers how they can reach their ambitions.

This is a cross-functional role spanning customer success, marketing, and product. You'll be the right-hand creative for some of the best brands and agencies in the world: leading weekly workshops, challenging teams to sharpen their work, and teaching them how to get the most out of generative AI. Internally, you'll build product showcases that set the bar for what great looks like, drive the education material customers learn from, and translate user feedback into product direction.

## WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Be the creative partner customers reach for, and run through walls to help them make their best work.
- Lead weekly workshops with enterprise creative teams, elevating their output and teaching them to get more out of Melius and the models.
- Craft demo canvases and workflows that capture the imagination of what Melius can do.
- Push frontier models to their limits and stay ahead of where generative tooling is going, so our customers don't have to.
- Carry your learnings back to product and engineering, and help shape the future of the Melius platform.
- Author the guides and walkthroughs customers rely on.

## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Customer obsession. Their goal becomes your goal, and you stay in the room until the outcome lands exactly as they envisioned.
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI. You already experiment with the models for fun or for work, track where the tools are headed (whether by building yourself or following the right accounts), and pick up new techniques fast.
- Attention to detail and taste. A discerning eye for what's production-ready versus almost, and a strong POV on what gets it across the line.
- A creative background: film/TV, animation, design, fashion, motion, or adjacent. You've spent time in tools like Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, or Blender, so you know the traditional workflows, craft, and language firsthand.
- A clear communicator and natural teacher, at home being the face of Melius in a room of creatives.
- Proactive and conscientious, with a bias toward action and a read on what matters when.
