In this critical phase of our venture this translates to working in-person in Berlin Mitte with a group of people that value meritocracy, curiosity and craftsmanship. ## WHAT YOU'LL DO Nomos faces an abundance of complex technical challenges. We're building a full-stack energy provider from scratch. The surface area is large and our current roles reflect the challenges we've prioritized. If you believe you can help us deal with complexity outside these roles, this job description is for you. Some of the problems on our radar: AI-powered customer support that actually resolves issues. Procurement forecasting. Real-time trading optimization. Data infrastructure that scales with a rapidly growing customer base. You'll own problems end-to-end. We'll figure out together where your skills create the most leverage, then you take it from problem discovery to production. You use AI tools as force multipliers, but the judgment is yours. Your scope will shift. You'll help shape engineering culture, tooling, and processes alongside your core work. What matters most in month one will look different than in month six.
