We are seeking curious and ambitious software engineers to join our interdisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, designers, and product specialists. What you’ll do: - Build high-quality software that empowers scientists to use our AI agent and award-winning models to design better molecules. - Design and improve infrastructure for model management and low-latency inference, including security features, performance optimization, and system orchestration. - Build tools for AI-assisted chemical synthesis and automated wet-lab operations. - Own the full scope of large projects, working across design, infrastructure, backend, and frontend. - Contribute to internal platforms for improving agentic coding across the company. - Interact directly with internal and external scientists to design improvements to the platform. - Contribute to business and product decisions that will shape the future of the company.
