This role

El Merchant operations analyst será encargado de diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales enfocadas en value offer, client performance y lifecycle. Su principal foco será coordinar estas iniciativas con equipos centrales como producto, riesgos y marketing

Responsabilidades

- Generar y proponer iniciativas y campañas comerciales vista cliente, mejorando la utilización, retención y satisfacción de nuestros usuarios.

- Crear y dar seguimiento a benchmarks de esfuerzos comerciales por parte de la competencia, identificando oportunidades de competir vía esfuerzos en Payjoy

- Apoyar la gestión administrativa de cara a equipos centrales, buscando su colaboración en la generación de esfuerzos e iniciativas comerciales.

- Construir y mantener reportes y análisis que soporten la toma de decisiones comerciales.

- Crear y dar seguimiento a benchmarks de oferta de valor en producto en competencia y productos similares

- Diseñar e implementar propuestas de mejora de SLAs, Pricing y beneficios para los segmentos del mercado en México

Requerimientos

- Manejo intermedio-avanzado de Excel o Google Sheets.

- Experiencia o interés en fintech, consumo masivo, o entornos comerciales de alto volumen.

- Capacidad para manejar múltiples stakeholders y priorizar con criterio. Comunicación clara y concisa. Perfil proactivo, ordenado y orientado a resultados.

- Inglés avanzado. Experiencia previa en consultoría o análisis de negocio.

- 0 a 2 años de experiencia en roles de análisis, operaciones, consultoría o afines.

- Licenciatura en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines (concluida).

- Disponibilidad para trabajar en Ciudad de México de forma híbrida.
