Doel van de functie

Als belangrijke speler binnen het Mid-Market salesteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en ontwikkelen van je eigen sales- en revenue pipeline, met een focus op het binnenhalen van klanten met een hoge omzet voor het netwerk.

Je stimuleert jouw persoonlijke verkoopresultaten door kansen te identificeren, relaties op te bouwen en deals te sluiten binnen deze markten.

Je rapporteert aan de Mid-Market Sales Team Leader en er wordt van je verwacht dat je verkoopdoelstellingen behaalt en bijdraagt aan de teamdoelstellingen met een resultaatgerichte aanpak.

Belangrijkste taken

- Beheren en uitvoeren van strategische plannen om verkoopdoelstellingen te behalen en het klantenbestand binnen de betreffende markt(en) uit te breiden.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige salescyclus, inclusief prospecting, kwalificeren van leads, reageren op RFI's en RFP's, presenteren van voorstellen, onderhandelen over voorwaarden en het sluiten van deals, waarbij naleving van bedrijfsstandaarden en juridische voorwaarden wordt gewaarborgd.
- Het nauwkeurig beheren en bijwerken van de salespipeline in Salesforce, zodat kansen en contracten die nog moeten worden afgerond consistent worden weergegeven en opgevolgd.
- Nauw samenwerken met teams zoals Finance, Integrations en Account Development om een soepele overdracht van nieuwe klanten te waarborgen, van contractondertekening tot volledige integratie en livegang.
- Uitgebreid onderzoek uitvoeren naar merken, waaronder hun huidige affiliate-activiteiten, belangrijke contactpersonen en positie binnen de markt.
- Consequent behalen van KPI's en verkoopdoelstellingen door proactieve betrokkenheid, strategische planning en effectieve uitvoering van salesactiviteiten.

Vaardigheden & Expertise

- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in commerciële functies met een focus op new business development binnen affiliate marketing, digitale marketing, B2B-marktplaatsen of vergelijkbare sectoren.
- Aantoonbaar succesvol in het behalen en overtreffen van verkoopdoelstellingen, met een sterk vermogen om commerciële kansen te identificeren en te benutten.
- Uitstekende communicatie- en relatiebeheer vaardigheden, met een sterke focus op het leveren van uitstekende service aan klanten.
- Ervaring met Salesforce.com en software voor salespipelinebeheer.
- Uitstekende computervaardigheden, waaronder gevorderde kennis van het MS Office-pakket.
- Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met klanten en stakeholders op verschillende niveaus binnen organisaties.
- Zelfstandig, commercieel ingesteld en in staat om projecten autonoom aan te sturen binnen een dynamische, internationale omgeving.
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal.
