Was wünschen wir uns von Dir?

Terminvereinbarung / Service Center:

- Telefonische und schriftliche Terminvereinbarungen mit Kunden und Dienstleistern
- Steuerung, Überwachung und Terminplanung für Besichtigungs- und Gutachtenprodukte
- Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Betreuung des E-Mail-Postfachs
- Koordination und Verteilung von KT-Nachrichten
- Einarbeitung und Betreuung von Auszubildenden und neuen Kolleg*innen
- Beantwortung von Rückfragen zu Aufträgen (von Auftraggebern, Service oder Backoffice)
- Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern (Selbstständige) zur Terminvereinbarung
- Dokumentation von auftragsrelevanten Informationen im Service-System
- Austausch im Team und mit anderen Abteilungen zur Prozessoptimierung

Backoffice:

- Fachliche Unterstützung und Koordination der Backoffice-Kolleg*innen im Tagesgeschäft
- Optimierung von Backoffice-Prozessen
- Auftragsabwicklung und Monitoring von Objektbesichtigungsaufträgen
- Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern, Service-Team und Auftraggebern
- Betreuung der zentralen Telefon- und E-Mail-Kommunikation
- Bearbeitung von Rückfragen zu laufenden Aufträgen
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Lageplänen
- Durchführung von Adressprüfungen
- Umstellungen von Produkten
- Auftragsduplizierungen
- Erstellung von Rechnungen für Auftraggeber und Gutschriften für Sachverständige
