Deine Aufgaben:

- Eingabe von Patienten-Proben in das hauseigene Laborsystem
- Prüfung der Proben auf Diskrepanzen zu den Lieferdokumenten
- Vorsortierung und Verwaltung der Lagerung der Proben in den Gefriereinheiten
- Kommunikation mit den Einsendern zur Lösung von Diskrepanzen
- Koordination und Organisation des Probenversands an externe Partner Wareneingang
- Kennzeichnung von Labormaterialen mit systemspezifischen Etiketten
- Eingabe von Labormaterialien in das Warenmanagement System

Qualifikation und Anforderungen:

- Qualifikation: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung - idealerweise im medizinischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder kaufmännisch-technischen Bereich (z. B. MFA, Laborhilfe o.Ä.)
- Quereinstieg willkommen: Auch engagierte Quereinsteiger mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und technischem Verständnis sind herzlich eingeladen, sich zu bewerben. Wir bieten eine umfassende theoretische und praktische Einarbeitung

- Dokumentation: Lückenlose, nachvollziehbare Dokumentation und Rückverfolgbarkeit gemäß GCP (Good Clinical Practice) und GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)
- IT-Affinität: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen PC-Anwendungen sowie Bereitschaft, sich in spezialisierte Labor-
- Informationssysteme (LIMS) einzuarbeiten.
- Sprachen: Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich; Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind für die Bearbeitung internationaler Begleitpapiere hilfreich.
