팀 소개

Platform&Infra팀은 AI 모델의 개발부터 서비스 운영을 위한 배포에 이르기까지 AI 모델의 수명 주기를 최적화하고, 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 MLOps 파이프라인을 구축합니다. 또한 AI 서비스의 안정적인 운영 지원을 위한 보안성 강화, 인프라 관리 및 자원 최적화 업무를 수행합니다.

수행 업무

- AI 모델 학습/추론을 위한 플랫폼을 설계하고 개발합니다.
- 학습, 추론, 모니터링이 포함된 Container-native Workflow를 개발하고 운영합니다.
- Kubernetes 환경에서 Micro-service Architecture 기반의 서비스를 개발하고 운영합니다.
- 다양한 도메인의 ML/DL 모델을 최적화하고, 서비스 환경에 맞게 배포 및 운영합니다.

지원자격

- Public Cloud 환경에서 AI/ML 서비스 또는 플랫폼 개발 경험을 보유하신 분
- Git 과 Docker 에 능숙하며, Kubernetes 와 IaC(Terraform, Helm 등) 도구를 이해하고 실제 서비스 배포 및 운영 경험이 있으신 분
- Argo Workflows, Argo CD 등 CI/CD 운영 경험이 있으신 분
- ML/DL 기본 개념을 이해하고, 모델 학습/추론 워크로드의 특성을 고려해 시스템을 설계할 수 있으신 분
- Python 또는 Golang 기반의 백엔드 개발 경험이 있으며, FastAPI, Echo 등 웹 프레임워크 사용 경험이 있으신 분
- 복잡한 기술 개념을 명확하게 설명하고, 타 부서와 협업하여 요구사항을 구체화하고 해결책을 제시할 수 있으신 분

우대자격

- 새로운 기술을 빠르게 검토하고 PoC를 통해 적용 가능성을 검증한 경험이 있으신 분
- On-Premise 환경에서 서비스 개발 및 운영 경험이 있거나 대규모 트래픽 처리 경험이 있으신 분
- API Gateway, Inference Gateway 등에 대한 이해와 구축 경험이 있으신 분
- LLM 서빙, LLMOps, 최적화 운영 경험(LLM-d, Gateway API Inference Extension 등)이 있으신 분
- 인프라/서비스 로그, 메트릭, 트레이스를 활용한 AIOps 또는 AI Agent 구축 경험이 있으신 분
