By manufacturing this way, we put nuclear power on the same cost-reduction curve that has made wind, solar, and batteries cheaper every year. ## Role Summary The Modularization Manager is a senior engineering and construction leadership role, accountable for developing and executing the project-wide modularization and pre-assembly strategy for Blue Energy's Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) and Small Modular Reactor (SMR) power plant. The role owns all modular scope from early design collaboration through fabrication, transportation, and site installation, with the goal of reducing on-site construction risk, compressing the schedule, and improving craft labour productivity and safety. The role is embedded in the owner's integrated project team and works across the EPC contractor, NSSS supplier, turbine island contractors, and balance-of-plant engineers.
