## DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

In deiner Rolle als Montagefacharbeiter bist du maßgeblich an der mechanischen und elektrischen Montage unserer innovativen Robotersysteme beteiligt. Du stellst sicher, dass jede Komponente präzise gefertigt, korrekt integriert und zuverlässig funktioniert, wodurch du einen entscheidenden Beitrag zum Erfolg unserer Produkte leistest.

- Montage von mechanischen und elektrischen Komponenten sowie kompletter Robotersysteme nach technischen Zeichnungen und Vorgaben (u. a. Kühlsystem, Skelettmontage, Elektronik und SW-Commissioning)
- Integration und fachgerechte Verkabelung mechanischer und elektrischer Baugruppen zu voll funktionsfähigen Einheiten
- Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Funktionsprüfungen an Baugruppen und Robotersystemen zur Sicherstellung höchster Produktqualität
- Präzise Dokumentation auftretender Fehler, Erstellung von Fehlerberichten und aktive Mitwirkung bei der systematischen Fehlerbehebung und Ursachenanalyse

## WAS DU MITBRINGST

- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Industriemechaniker oder Mechatroniker
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Montageanleitungen
- Begeisterung für mechatronische Systeme sowie moderne Automatisierungs- und Robotiktechnologien
- Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister
- Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungs- oder Robotikbranche von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in Verkabelung und Elektroinstallation sowie Kenntnisse in Qualitätssicherung und Prüfverfahren für elektromechanische Baugruppen sind vorteilhaft
- Erfahrung im Löten und sicherer Umgang mit Lötwerkzeugen; ein Lötschein ist wünschenswert
- Strukturiertes, sorgfältiges und professionelles Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und die Kompetenz, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
