RiseGuide – це expert-powered self-improvement застосунок для тих, хто хоче стати найкращою версією себе. Ми будуємо microlearning продукт на інсайтах і принципах видатних рольових моделей. Наші користувачі розвивають харизму на прикладі Мішель Обами та Стіва Джобса, прокачують когнітивні навички за фреймворками Джима Квіка та Барбари Оаклі, і набувають хороші звички за правилами Кобі Браянта та Мел Роббінс. Факти, а не гучні слова про RiseGuide:

- Виросли в 5 разів за останній рік і продовжуємо активно масштабуватися;
- 15 хвилин – середній час, який наші юзери проводять в додатку, та рейтять його на 4.6 в App Store і 4.4 на Trustpilot;
- 90+ людей у команді – вихідці з провідних програм менеджменту світу та топових продуктових компаній;
- Топ-2 за виручкою серед усіх бізнесів SKELAR, хоча нам всього 2 роки;

Наша ціль – переосмислити self-improvement і створити “smart scrolling” experience. Уяви, що всі найвидатніші фахівці, лідери та дослідники зібралися в одному місці, яке можна покласти в кишеню. Зараз ми запускаємо та активно розвиваємо напрямок Social Media, тому шукаємо Motion Designer, який/яка допомагатиме перетворювати наші амбітні ідеї у вірусний та динамічний контент.

Твої майбутні виклики:

- Створювати короткий моушн-контент (Shorts, Reels, TikTok), що генерує мільйони переглядів;
- Формувати та будувати систему анімації, яка стане впізнаваною частиною візуальної мови Social Media RiseGuide;
- Працювати у зв'язці з Social Media командою для пошуку найкращих рішень у візуальному сторітелінгу;
- Адаптувати графічні асети та експериментувати з новими форматами подачі інформації.

Для цього знадобляться такі навички та досвід:

- Досвід створення motion-графіки для social media (розуміння специфіки та естетики short-form відео);
- Впевнене володіння Adobe After Effects, а також вміння працювати з асетами з Adobe Photoshop та Adobe Illustrator;
- Досвід використання AI-інструментів для оптимізації процесів;
- Розуміння драматургії short-form контенту, структури Hook, Retention, Conflict, Call to Action;
- Англійська на рівні Upper-Intermediate+ для роботи з англомовним контентом;
- Вміння брати відповідальність за результат, приймати самостійні рішення та аргументовано відстоювати свою позицію;
- Розуміння, як візуальний контент впливає на метрики та комерційний результат бізнесу;
- Сильні комунікативні навички, відкритість до фідбеку, гнучкість та вміння ефективно працювати у крос-функціональній команді.
