Motion Designer

Do VML hledáme Motion Designera, který dokáže vzít kreativní koncept, vizuál nebo natočený materiál a dát mu pohyb, rytmus a život.

Budeš pracovat na obsahu pro různé značky, platformy a formáty - od socialu a digitálních kampaní přes web a e-commerce až po DOOH, TV nebo interní komunikaci. Čeká tě kombinace animace, střihu, compositingu a postprodukce, ale také spousta adaptací a hledání chytrých způsobů, jak kreativní obsah efektivně dostat do všech potřebných formátů.

Co budeš dělat?

- vytvářet animace a video obsah podle kreativního konceptu a brand guidelines,
- převádět master vizuály do různých formátů, délek a platforem,
- připravovat content pro social media, digitální kampaně, web, e-commerce, DOOH, TV i interní komunikaci,
- vytvářet jazykové a lokální mutace, cut-downy, resizy a další adaptace,
- animovat typografii, packshoty, produkty, ilustrace i fotografie,
- pracovat s natočeným materiálem, střihem, compositingem a postprodukcí,
- připravovat šablony a efektivní workflow pro opakovanou výrobu obsahu,
- hlídat technickou kvalitu a správnost výstupů před odevzdáním,
- spolupracovat s creative directory, designéry, editory, producenty, project managery a account týmy.

Co potřebuješ umět?

- Adobe After Effects na velmi dobré úrovni,
- Premiere Pro, Photoshop a Illustrator na dobré úrovni,
- 2D animaci grafiky, typografie, produktů a log,
- rozumět principům pohybu, timingu, rytmu a easingům,
- stříhat video a pracovat se zvukem,
- orientovat se v exportech, kodecích, rozlišení, frame rate, barevných profilech a technických specifikacích jednotlivých médií,
- připravovat výstupy pro vertikální, čtvercové, landscape i nestandardní formáty,
- základní znalost 3D nástrojů jako Cinema 4D, Blender nebo Element 3D je výhodou,
- orientovat se ve Figmě, asset managementu a AI nástrojích.

Pokud umíš pracovat s expressions, MOGRT nebo jinými nástroji pro tvorbu chytrých a opakovaně použitelných šablon, budeme rádi. Stejně tak pokud tě baví hledat způsoby, jak dělat produkci rychleji, efektivněji a bez zbytečné manuální práce.
