The Product Manager (Lifecycle & Supply Chain) is responsible for driving new product development direction and managing the complete product lifecycle. This role combines technical project management with strategic supplier relations. You will be tasked with translating internal business needs into actionable supplier specifications, proactively mitigating component obsolescence risks, and overseeing product compliance and quality assurance. By collaborating closely with engineering, sales, and operations, you will ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, delivery, and regulatory compliance.

業務内容

1. 新製品の調査・開発方針の策定

- 要件に合うODM/OEMパートナーの調査、評価
- エンジニアリング、営業、オペレーションなど社内関係者からの製品要件の整理
- ビジネス要件、技術要件をサプライヤー評価用の製品仕様に落とし込み
- コスト、性能、品質、規制対応の観点から適切な製品やソリューションを提案
- 社内チームと連携し、製品要件や開発方針を具体化

1. 製品ライフサイクルとリスク管理

- 部品のライフサイクル状況を確認し、供給終了や陳腐化リスクを早期に把握
- EOLやPCN通知が製品BOMに与える影響を評価
- ラストタイムバイ、代替部品の認定、設計変更などのリスク対策を推進
- PCNの管理、リリース、影響評価、関連部門への共有を実施

1. プロジェクト管理と計画立案

- 長納期部品を特定し、供給リスクを抑えるための計画を関係者と調整
- プロジェクトの成果物が要件、仕様、スケジュールに沿っているかを確認
- 製品開発、サプライヤー調整、品質対応が計画通りに進むよう管理

1. 外部試験機関・認証機関との調整

- 試験機関や認証機関と、試験要件やスケジュールを調整
- 試験内容がプロジェクトの納期や規制要件に合っているかを確認
- 認証取得に必要な情報、資料、社内外の対応を管理

1. サプライヤー管理と品質保証

- 品質、納期、コンプライアンスの観点からサプライヤーのパフォーマンスを定期的に評価
- サプライヤーからの不適合報告を確認し、原因分析と是正対応の妥当性を確認
- 社内関係者と連携し、是正処置の完了判断とクローズを実施

1. 社内オペレーション対応

- 不適合品に関する調査、対応方針の整理、解決までのフォローアップ
- 社内チームおよび外部パートナーと連携し、品質問題や供給課題の再発防止を推進

資格

必須経験

- ハードウェア製品マネジメント、プロダクトエンジニアリング、または戦略調達のいずれかで3〜6年程度の実務経験
- OEM/ODMサプライヤーやエンジニアリングチームとの協業経験
- 部品ライフサイクル管理およびBOM分析の実務経験

必須スキル

- ビジネス要件をハードウェアの技術要件に整理できること
- ハードウェア製造プロセスおよび品質管理に関する理解
- 国際的なハードウェア規制、認証、コンプライアンスに関する基礎知識
- 英語での業務遂行能力
- 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可
