主な業務内容

契約法務 ・NDAをはじめとする各種契約書のドラフト作成・レビュー・交渉サポート ・法改正や事業変化に伴う自社契約書雛形の更新および検討

コーポレートガバナンス・会社法関連 ・商業登記関連資料の作成および管理 ・各種社内規程の起草・改訂・管理

コンプライアンス・許認可対応 ・社内コンプライアンス研修の企画・資料作成・運営 ・建設業許可等の許認可・届出・申請業務の対応および管理 ・関連法令（輸出管理、個人情報保護法など）のリサーチおよび事業部へのアドバイス ・法務・コンプライアンス関連プロジェクトの推進サポート

リーガルオペレーション ・外部弁護士、司法書士、リーガルテックベンダー等の窓口業務 ・法務関連ツール（電子契約、契約管理システム等）の導入・運用・プロセス改善 ・法務ナレッジおよびドキュメントの体系的な管理 ・法務業務の標準化・効率化に向けたプロセスの構築

必須要件

- 事業会社または法律事務所での企業法務実務経験（目安: 2年以上）
- 契約書レビューおよびドラフト作成の実務経験
- 日本の関連法令に関する基礎知識
- 多様なステークホルダーと円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力

歓迎要件

- 建設業関連の許認可や届出手続きの実務経験
- 輸出管理または個人情報保護法に関するリサーチ・実務経験
- 電子契約やリーガルテックツールの導入・運用経験
- 法規関連の社内研修の企画・運営経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（海外拠点や英文契約対応がある場合）
