ハードウェアシステムチームの一員として、シニア製造オペレーションエンジニアは、Mujin製コントローラーおよびペンダントの製造と運用の品質向上を担います。サプライヤーとの連携、生産活動の管理、品質システムの導入、在庫およびプロセス文書の管理を通じて、迅速な生産サイクルと高品質な製品提供を実現します。 また、本ポジションは、Mujin Japan、Mujin US、Mujin Europe グローバルチームとの技術的な窓口として、社内チームに展開された製品に関する技術サポートを提供します。製品出荷後に報告された問題のトラブルシューティングを行い、部門横断的な対応を調整しながら、製造およびフィールドサポートプロセスの継続的な改善を推進します。 このポジションは、Mujinのグローバル成長に直接貢献できる機会であり、将来的な生産チームのリーダー職へのキャリアパスも見込めます。

主な業務内容 生産計画と実行 ハードウェアのタイムリーな供給とテストを確保するための生産スケジュールの策定と管理。高い品質と納期を維持。

プロセス開発とトレーニング 標準作業手順書（SOP）の作成と継続的な改善。オペレーターへのトレーニングとサポートを通じて、安全かつ一貫した製造作業の実施を支援。

在庫および資材管理 原材料の調達と在庫管理を通じて、生産の中断を防止。

製造上の問題解決 製造プロセスにおける問題の特定と解決、逸脱の分類、再作業の判断を行い、生産停止時間を最小化。

社内向け技術サポート（出荷済み製品） Mujin US、Mujin Europeなどの社内顧客に展開された製品に関する技術的な問題のトラブルシューティングを実施。製品の不具合や故障に関する問い合わせ対応の技術窓口として活躍。

業務内容 プロセス開発・教育

- 標準作業手順書（SOP）の作成および継続的な改善
- 製造作業を安全かつ安定して実施できるよう、オペレーターへの教育・サポートを実施

在庫・部材管理

- 生産を安定的に継続できるよう、原材料の調達および在庫管理を実施

製造課題への対応

- 製造工程で発生する課題の調査および解決
- 不適合品や工程異常の判定、再作業の判断を行い、生産停止時間の最小化を推進

製品展開後の社内技術サポート

- Mujin US、Mujin Europeなどの社内ユーザーに展開された製品の不具合調査および問題解決
- 製品導入後に発生する不具合や品質問題に関する技術窓口として対応

必須スキル

- 電気工学、情報工学、コンピューターサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号以上をお持ちの方
- 組込み製品（ECU、オーディオ機器など）に関する実務経験をお持ちの方
- Linuxに関する基本的な知識と使用経験をお持ちの方
- 電子回路および電子機器の基礎知識をお持ちの方
