The ideal candidate will lead complex client engagements, drive financial transformation initiatives, and deliver scalable NetSuite ERP solutions for enterprise organizations with multi-entity and global operations. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong functional consulting expertise, project delivery experience, and the ability to mentor consulting teams while supporting pre-sales initiatives. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end NetSuite Financials implementations for enterprise clients. - Conduct discovery workshops to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions. - Configure and implement NetSuite Financial modules, including: - General Ledger (GL) - Chart of Accounts Design - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Cash Management - Fixed Assets - Financial Reporting - Multi-Book Accounting - Multi-Entity/OneWorld - Intercompany Transactions & Eliminations - Currency Management & Consolidation - Financial Close & Period-End Processes - Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) - Lead functional design sessions and recommend best-practice financial processes. - Manage client relationships and serve as the trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. - Mentor and guide onshore and offshore consulting teams during implementation and support engagements. - Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, and reporting requirements. - Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, proposal development, and solution architecture. - Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.
