프로젝트 소개 P의 거짓 차기작 3D 캐릭터 모델러를 모십니다. 언리얼엔진5 기반으로 최고 수준의 그래픽과 빈틈없이 정교한 액션 연출, 강렬한 경험을 선사하고자 합니다.

담당 업무

- 컨셉 아트와 디렉션을 바탕으로 캐릭터, 유기체(크리처), 장비, 착용 아이템 등 인게임용 3D 에셋 구현
- 해부학, 비율, 실루엣, 의상 구조 및 표면 디테일에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 스컬프팅, 로우폴 모델링, UV, PBR 텍스처링 제작
- 시각적 완성도와 기술적 요구사항을 모두 충족하는 효율적인 토폴로지, UV 레이아웃, 텍스처 세트 제작
- 테크니컬 아트(TA) 및 엔지니어링 팀과 협력하여 엔진 내 에셋을 최적화하고 문제 해결
- 최신 업계 트렌드, 신규 툴 및 기술을 지속적으로 파악하여 팀 내 최적의 제작 방식 도입 및 발전 지원

자격 요건

- 포트폴리오  제출 필수
- 캐릭터 아티스트로서 3년 이상의 경력을 보유하신 분
- 캐릭터 및 다양한 유기체(크리처) 범주의 고품질 에셋 제작 역량을 보여주는 우수한 포트폴리오를 보유하신 분
- 인체 해부학, 비율, 실루엣, 의상 구조 및 캐릭터 디자인 원칙에 대한 깊은 이해를 보유하신 분
- 게임 디자인 및 기술적 제약 조건 내에서 비주얼 퀄리티를 이끌어내는 문제 해결 능력을 갖추신 분
- 내부 개발팀 및 외주 파트너 모두에게 예술적 피드백을 명확하고 건설적으로 전달할 수 있는 능력을 갖추신 분
- 주도적이고 성장 지향적인 마인드셋과 프로젝트에 대한 강한 의지 및 책임감을 갖추신 분
- 반복적 개발 프로세스에 빠르게 적응하며, 팀 내 원활하게 소통할 수 있는 협업 능력을 갖추신 분
