Job Summary The Operations Program Manager (OPM) will play a critical role in scaling the production of Formlabs' 3D printers and ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations in the Shenzhen Bay area. You will be a key leader in new product introduction (NPI), managing the entire lifecycle from concept to mass production. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in engineering, supply chain, quality, and production, both internally and with our manufacturing partners. ## Key Responsibilities - Lead NPI programs for new 3D printers and accessories, ensuring successful product launches that meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. - Develop and execute comprehensive manufacturing plans, including capacity planning, production scheduling, and materials management. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles are implemented and to resolve any production challenges. - Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and other key suppliers in the region, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. - Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. - Proactively manage risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and escalating concerns as needed. - Communicate program status and updates to key organizational stakeholders, including executive leadership. Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
