Position Summary The Nurse Care Coordinator Lead (RN) is an integral member of Clarity Pediatrics' interdisciplinary care team, collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, psychologists, and therapists. Under the direction of clinical leadership, the Nurse Care Coordinator lead ensures seamless care delivery for children with chronic conditions by coordinating clinical appointments, providing patient and family education, managing medication authorizations, and serving as a primary point of contact between families, providers, and pharmacies. This role will also be the supervisor for the team of nurses, medical assistants, and community health workers. Note this is a fully remote position. ## Key Responsibilities ## LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: ## STAFF SUPERVISION & DEVELOPMENT - Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new team members - Provide direct supervision and performance management for all assigned staff - Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings, performance reviews, and coaching - Identify professional development needs and facilitate training and continuing education - Address performance issues promptly and constructively;
