## About the Team & Mission

OEM Business Development Team은 자동차 제조사(OEM)를 대상으로 새로운 사업 기회를 발굴하고, 기술 및 제품 경쟁력을 기반으로 전략적 파트너십을 구축하며, 이를 실질적인 사업 성과로 연결하는 역할을 수행합니다.

OEM Business Development Team Lead 는 OEM 사업개발 전략 수립부터 주요 파트너십 구축, 사업 기회 구체화, 제안, 협상, 계약 체결 및 사업 확대까지 전 과정을 리드하는 역할입니다. 또한 BD 조직의 리더로서 팀의 목표와 실행 방향을 설정하고, 팀원들의 역량을 강화하며, 제품·기술·전략·재정·PM 등의 내부 유관부서와 긴밀하게 협업하여 지속 가능한 OEM 비즈니스 성장을 이끌어갑니다.

## Responsibilities

- OEM BD Strategy & Execution
- 타깃 OEM 고객사 대상 사업개발 전략과 실행 계획 수립
- 신규 사업 기회 발굴부터 사업성 검토, 제안, 협상, 계약까지 BD 전 과정 총괄
- 사업 파이프라인 관리 및 매출·사업 목표 달성 주도
- Strategic OEM Partnerships & Commercial Leadership
- OEM 핵심 부서 및 협력사와 중장기 전략적 파트너십 구축
- 고객 요구사항에 기반한 42dot 제품·솔루션 제안 및 신규 차종 적용 확대
- RFI/RFQ 대응 및 가격·계약 조건 협상 주도
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- 팀 목표 및 KPI 수립, 팀원 코칭과 성과·역량 관리
- Pipeline/Deal Review 및 매출 Forecast 관리 체계 운영
- 자율과 책임을 바탕으로 성과 중심의 팀 문화 구축
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Business Alignment
- Product, Engineering, Project Management, Strategy, Finance, Legal 등 유관부서와 협업하여 사업 기회 구체화
- OEM 요구사항과 제품 로드맵 간 정합성 확보 및 주요 이슈 적시 보고·조율
- 사업 수익성과 리스크를 고려한 의사결정 주도 및 경영진 보고

## Qualifications

- 15년 이상의 Business Development, Strategic Sales 또는 Account Management 경험
- 복잡한 B2B 환경에서 사업 기회 발굴부터 계약 체결 및 사업 확대까지 End-to-End Business Development를 리딩한 경험
- 자동차 산업의 비즈니스 구조, OEM 의사결정 프로세스 및 제품·기술 도입 프로세스에 대한 높은 이해도를 보유하신 분
- Software-Defined Vehicle(SDV), Autonomous Driving, Automotive Software, Mobility, Embedded 또는 제조 산업에서 고객 대상 사업개발 또는 영업 경험
- RFQ/RFP 대응, Commercial Proposal 작성, Pricing 및 Commercial Contract 협상 경험
- 고객 요구사항을 사업 전략 및 제품 전략과 연계하여 Commercial Success를 창출한 경험
- 뛰어난 협상, 커뮤니케이션 및 Cross-functional Leadership 역량

## Preferred Qualifications

- 자동차 OEM, Tier 1, 차량 소프트웨어, 모빌리티 산업군에서 10년 이상의 업무 경험을 보유하신 분
- 현대자동차그룹 대상 사업 또는 솔루션 영업 경험 또는 Tier1 고객 대상 사업개발 및 Commercial Negotiation 경험
- 차량 소프트웨어, 플랫폼 또는 기술 라이선싱 기반의 B2B 사업 경험
- Software Platform, SaaS 또는 Subscription Business에 대한 이해
- 복잡한 이해관계자와의 협업 및 Executive-level Communication 역량
- 신설 조직의 초기 Set-up 혹은 조직 관리 경험
- 비즈니스 수준 이상의 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력
