## Job description

IMC is op zoek naar een Office Assistant ter ondersteuning van al onze medewerkers van het kantoor in Amsterdam. In deze afwisselende rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt en fungeer je als gastvrouw/gastheer voor zowel externe als interne bezoekers. Daarnaast ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan activiteiten en evenementen. In deze veelzijdige baan ben je samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de receptie. We zijn op zoek naar een proactieve kandidaat die gastvrijheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan. Een energieke teamspeler die goed georganiseerd, loyaal, flexibel en sociaal is.

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Optreden als gastvrouw/gastheer voor zowel interne als externe bezoekers
- Afhandelen van telefoon- en e-mailverkeer in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels
- Afhandelen van inkomende en uitgaande (expres) post/ koeriers
- Contactpersoon zijn voor verschillende leveranciers, waaronder koeriersdiensten
- Assisteren van de Office Manager bij evenementen op kantoor
- Beheren van de voorraad kantoorbenodigdheden
- Coördineren van de boeking van vergaderruimtes, en deze, evenals de receptiebalie in goede staat houden
- Verschillende administratieve taken zoals het beheren van krantenabonnementen, plannen van stoelmassages, etc.

Jouw Vaardigheden en Ervaring:

- Minimaal MBO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting
- 1+ jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol (Receptionist/ Office Assistant/ Gastvrouw/Gastheer/ Secretaresse/ Grondstewardess) in een internationale omgeving
- Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels (spreken en schrijven)
- Ervaring met Microsoft Office-toepassingen
- Sterke sociale vaardigheden
- Goede organisatorische vaardigheden
