You Will:

- Provide ongoing assistance to associates in the field of administration;
- Organize office supplies, groceries, and other necessary orders;
- Take care for the office on a daily basis;
- Oversee the company’s fixed assets;
- Report technical office issues to the technical service;
- Prepare office spaces for associates in the office and coordinating associates' access to the office;
- Assist associates during meetings (welcoming and setting up all necessary orders and equipment for the meetings);
- Manage the company’s email inbox and HQ documentation workflow, both internally and externally;
- Collaborate with vendors;
- Coordinate office and administrative invoices;
- Update internal administrative documents;
- Organize business trips;
- Perform tasks requested by the Direct Manager and cooperate with other departments.

Desired Experience:

- 1 year of professional experience;
- Professional administrative experience preferred;
- Great communication skills, customer focus and strong problem solving skills;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Positive attitude, openness to challenges, ability to work independently and with the team members;
- Strong motivation focused on service delivery in the administrative department;
- Polish - advanced level;
- English - intermediate level;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
