## The role

B2Spin is looking for a proactive, people-first part-time Office Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our Gibraltar offices. You'll own the day-to-day running of our workspaces — keeping them stocked, tidy, welcoming and humming along — so that every member of the team can focus on building world-class gaming experiences. ## What you'll do

- Own the day-to-day experience across all B2Spin Gibraltar office sites, acting as the first point of contact for anything workspace-related and routing issues to the right people swiftly
- Keep every office consistently well-stocked, organised and comfortable — from supplies and refreshments to equipment, common areas, meeting rooms and kitchens
- Maintain clean, clear and orderly storage areas and archives, ensuring the physical environment always supports a productive team
- Get things done on the ground across Gibraltar, running errands and moving between office sites as needed to keep operations flowing
- Support the team with everyday admin — meeting room bookings, travel and lunch arrangements, filing and record-keeping — so nothing falls through the cracks
- Track all requests, tasks and orders in Monday.com, keeping visibility high and follow-through consistent for everyone who depends on you

## What we're looking for

- Hands-on experience in an office coordination, facilities, or operations support role — ideally in a fast-paced or multi-site environment
- A natural organiser who takes initiative and follows through without needing to be chased
- Comfortable working independently, moving between locations, and handling a varied workload across any given day
- Confident using workplace tools and platforms; experience with Monday.com or similar task-tracking software is a plus
- Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and reliable when liaising with colleagues at all levels
- A practical, solutions-first mindset with a genuine care for the people around you and the spaces they work in
