The person we’re looking for: PUBG Studios Madison is seeking a part-time temporary Office Coordinator to support efficient and friendly office operations through August 2027. This position will work 20 hours per week onsite at the office. We’ll work with the selected candidate to set a schedule that fits their availability and business needs, with shifts falling between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, can manage recurring tasks independently, and communicate proactively when priorities shift. This role will report to the Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities: - Proactively stock downtown Madison office and Middleton office with drinks, snacks and office supplies via large online orders. - Support internal event planning tasks including purchasing items, decorating, and requesting quotes from vendors. - Coordinate communication with landlords of both offices as maintenance needs arise. - Track and submit invoices for payment & collaborate with Finance Team. - Identify areas of organizational improvement in both offices and take responsibility in making these changes. - Maintain a clean office environment through duties such as emptying breakroom dishwashers, resetting conference rooms, company meals, and other light tasks. - Communicate professionally and courteously with employee requests and questions. - Track gift distribution for employees and pack and ship company items to remote team members. - Other duties, as assigned.
