## About the Role

The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their office, in offices across multiple U.S. locations. This position manages a wide range of operational and administrative tasks, contributing to a productive and positive work environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, meticulous, and resourceful individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a part-time role.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Office Management, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Workplace Experience, or a related operational role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
