- 策划并组织高质量的团队建设、节日活动、员工关怀和办公室文化活动，增强团队连接、归属感和协作氛围。
- 负责北京办公室的日常运营管理，并支持上海办公室相关事务，包括办公设备、办公用品、零食饮品、耗材、会议室、公共区域、访客接待等日常管理，保障办公室有序、高效运转。
- 管理物业、供应商、维修、保洁、绿植、快递等外部合作方，负责服务质量、响应效率、成本控制和费用记录。
- 为公司高级管理层提供必要的行政支持，包括会议协调、日程安排、行程安排、文件整理和访客接待等。
- 协助 HR 和招聘相关事务，包括面试安排、候选人接待、入职准备、员工沟通活动支持、资料整理与流程协调等。
- 根据团队需求，制定和优化办公室相关政策与流程，主动发现办公环境和团队体验中的问题，并推动改进落地。
- 参与办公室升级、扩容、搬迁、空间规划等项目，协助管理层从团队规模、空间效率、预算、通勤便利性和员工体验等角度进行综合判断。

岗位要求

- 本科及以上学历。
