Job Type: Contract, 18 months

Job Summary:

The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Austin office and ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and professional workplace. This role provides general administrative and operational support to employees and coordinates with internal teams, vendors, and building management as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage general day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Order and maintain office supplies, pantry items, and other workplace necessities.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and facility-related requests.
- Communicate with building management and external vendors.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Support meeting room setup and arrangements for internal and customer meetings.
- Coordinate office meals, catering, and occasional employee events.
- Assist employees with general office-related requests and administrative needs.
- Maintain office records, invoices, receipts, and vendor documentation.
- Support new employee onboarding, including workspace and office access arrangements.
- Coordinate business travel or visitor arrangements when needed.
- Assist with purchasing and expense-related administrative processes.
- Computer maintenance, IT Support – Trouble shooting
- Support other general administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of higher education and progressive administrative experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in office management, administration, or coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Professional and service-oriented attitude.
