Für unser Büro in Mainz suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige und organisierte Unterstützung als Office Manager/in in Teilzeit (20 Stunden/Woche). Du bist bei uns die gute Seele des Büros und sorgst dafür, dass sich Team und Gäste rundum wohlfühlen.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Büroorganisation & Verpflegung: Du kümmerst dich um Bestellungen von Getränken, Snacks, Obst und Kaffee, organisierst die Pfandentsorgung und koordinierst Mittagessenbestellungen fürs Team.
- Ordnung & Ausstattung: Du hältst die Meetingräume ordentlich und bereitest sie für Termine vor, sorgst dafür, dass die Büroausstattung (Stifte, Büromaterial & Co.) vollständig ist, und behältst Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Büro im Blick.
- Verwaltung & Koordination: Du übernimmst Post und Rechnungen, verwaltest Parkkarten, Schlüssel und Bestell-Zugänge, wickelst Retouren ab und bist Ansprechpartner/in für Reinigungskraft, Hausmeister und externe Dienstleister.
- Wohlfühlfaktor: Du unterstützt bei Team-Events und bist Anlaufstelle, wenn Gäste oder andere Teams zu Besuch sind – kurz: unser Feelgood Manager vor Ort.

Das bringst du mit:

- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig, hast ein Auge fürs Detail und packst gerne mit an. Erfahrung im Office Management oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
