## The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Office manager who will maintains a smooth running of the CZ office, based in Prague. We do not have any relocation or visa packages. This role is hybrid. We expect you in the office 3–4 days a week.

## What you’ll do

- Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate deliveries when requested
- Management of external suppliers (office cleaning, contractors)
- Management of office expenditure and budgets
- Help the team hire and welcome new people — job postings, interview logistics, onboarding and welcome packages
- Greeting visitors and newcomers
- Administer company laptop policy
- Ensuring people appreciate working in Prague office and have all requirements to do their jobs successfully

## Who you are

- 2+ years of proven experience in the similar role
- Good command of Czech and English
- Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
- Coordination of business travel agenda
- Collaboration with marketing, events preparation
- Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
