The Office Manager will be the core of our Helsinki office, ensuring a smooth, positive, and productive working environment for all employees. This role is essential for maintaining our company culture, managing facilities, and supporting the day-to-day operations that keep Oura moving forward.

## Key Responsibilities

- Employee Experience & Culture: Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding office needs. Organize and support internal events and special occasions to foster a positive work environment. Act as the soul of the office.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the physical office space, including maintenance, repairs, security, and cleanliness. Coordinate with landlords, vendors and service providers.
- Operations & Administration:. Organizing and distributing incoming mail and outgoing mail/ deliveries with couriers (like UPS, producing labels, packaging etc.). Internal communication of office related and general daily issues as needed. Manage office budgets, inventory of supplies, and equipment procurement
- Onboarding Support: Supporting HR in different employee onboarding and offboarding tasks (keys, ID card, swag, Oura discount codes, office tours etc.)
- Health & Safety: Ensure and proactively develop the office compliance with all health and safety regulations and company practices. Maintain an emergency preparedness plan. Participate in the Occupational Health and Safety committee work.

## What You Will Bring

- 3 + years proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- A proactive, positive, and resourceful, customer oriented attitude, with a passion for creating a great workplace.
- Ability to meet people with empathy
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and in English
- Proficiency with office management software and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
