## Job description

Alice & Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems. The quantum computer we envision building is based on a new kind of superconducting qubit: the Schrödinger cat qubit 🐈‍⬛. In comparison to other superconducting platforms, cat qubits have the astonishing ability to implement quantum error correction autonomously!

Responsabilités:

1. Garantir une expérience collaborateur au bureau conforme aux standards d’Alice & Bob :

- veiller à ce que les bureaux restent propres, rangés, fonctionnels, organisés et accueillants au quotidien,
- s’assurer que les salles de réunion, espaces partagés et équipements de bureau soient opérationnels,
- gérer l’accueil, les visiteurs et l’hospitalité sur site, en coordination avec l’équipe Sécurité,
- coordonner les prestataires et les opérations quotidiennes liées aux bureaux,
- traiter les demandes liées au workplace et résoudre rapidement les problématiques pratiques du bureau,
- gérer les fournitures de bureau, la restauration / les commandes alimentaires, les goodies corporate et la logistique quotidienne du workplace,
- coordonner les livraisons de mobilier, les installations et les déménagements de bureaux,

1. Contribuer à transmettre la culture d’entreprise et la faire vivre au quotidien

- être le cœur battant d’Alice & Bob, connaître ses collègues et prendre soin d’eux,
- contribuer à l’onboarding des nouveaux arrivants : bureaux et culture d’entreprise,
- maintenir un environnement de travail aligné avec la culture d’Alice & Bob, son identité scientifique et ses standards de qualité,
- assurer l’organisation, l’exécution et l’évolution de nos rituels internes, de nos événements et de leur logistique,

1. Contribuer au cadre et au déploiement de la QVCT

- mettre en place les évolutions liées à la politique de télétravail et aux conditions de travail à distance (ex. : outil de flex office),
- proposer des pistes d’amélioration de nos politiques de QVCT et participer à la mise en œuvre de solutions,
- assurer le suivi des déplacements professionnels des collaborateurs et faire évoluer notre politique voyage au fur et à mesure de la croissance de l’entreprise

Profil recherché:

- Formation Bac +3 (ou équivalent) dans un domaine pertinent ou expérience équivalente
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de bureau et des environnements de travail
- Maîtrise de la gestion des fournisseurs et du suivi d’un budget opérationnel
- Capacité à améliorer et structurer des processus et procédures
- Fort sens de l’hospitalité et de la qualité de service
- Excellentes compétences en organisation, priorisation et suivi des actions
- Très bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
- Sensibilité aux enjeux RSE et à l’impact environnemental et social
- Maîtrise des outils : Slack, Microsoft 365, Notion, Precoro (ou équivalent)
- Fiabilité, sens du service, des responsabilités, de la discrétion et de la confidentialité
- Goût pour la résolution de problèmes concrets et l’amélioration de l’expérience collaborateurs
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral)
- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en office management, gestion des environnements de travail ou hôtellerie

Une expérience dans un environnement startup est un plus, et dans la tech un atout supplémentaire
