In this pivotal role within the Encord Operations Team, you will be instrumental in onboarding new team members and enhancing existing processes to help us achieve our collective goals. This is a unique opportunity to influence the People Operations function at a fast-growing global company while helping build outstanding employee experiences. Your contributions will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative and efficient environment. ## What you'll do - Oversee day-to-day office operations in our UK office, including scheduling, office management, and office supplies procurement to ensure a well-functioning and efficient workplace. - Support the onboarding process, including ensuring new team members are set up on all our systems and processes are operational for success - Organise and manage company events and socials, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and the events promote team cohesion and morale. - Contribute to key HR initiatives and special projects as they arise and provide comprehensive operational assistance across the broader team.
