Operations Generalist Buscamos a una persona excepcionalmente capaz, con ambición real y alta tolerancia al ritmo startup, para un rol de Operations Generalist. Esta posición es para alguien que aprende rápido, ejecuta mejor y quiere crecer hacia liderazgo administrativo (RRHH, Finanzas, Operaciones). Este no es un rol especializado. Aquí usarás muchos sombreros y cambiarás de contexto constantemente. Si necesitas estructura rígida, instrucciones paso a paso o un horario cómodo, este trabajo no es para ti.

Responsabilidades En la práctica, este rol incluye (pero no se limita a):

- - People y RecruitingApoyo en procesos de reclutamiento y entrevistas
- Coordinación de onboarding y offboarding
- Operaciones y AdministraciónGestión de proveedores, pagos, contratos y facturación
- Coordinación con contabilidad y asesores legales
- Organización y mantenimiento de la oficina
- Ejecución y soporte al equipo fundadorResolución de problemas operativos del día a día
- Coordinación de eventos internos y externos
- Seguimiento de tareas críticas para que las cosas sucedan
