In practice this means, you will: - Insource and own core operations — bring the operational infrastructure, systems and processes that keep AIUC running in-house (vendors, contractors, legal, HR, etc) - Centralize spend and financial controls — consolidate vendors and spend, put controls in place, and create visibility into where money goes. - Support recruiting and people ops — help the team hire and onboard well as we grow headcount across functions. - Run strategic finance and reporting — own board reporting, financial planning, and the numbers leadership runs the company on. - Drive efficiency across the org — identify where the company is losing time or money and design the fix; turn unstructured problems into structured, durable systems. ## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Someone who wants to deliver real impact and ownership.
