You'll shape operational strategy, lead key projects and find smarter ways to work. We're looking for a proactive professional with a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the drive to roll up their sleeves and get things done. ## What you'll do Operational planning and strategy - Develop and roll out operational policies and strategies that improve efficiency and support company goals. - Work with senior management to set clear operational targets and build practical plans to achieve them. - Track performance and report on progress, adjusting plans as the business grows.
