## Job description

sennder, Avrupa'nın önde gelen dijital kara yolu taşımacılığı (freight forwarding) şirketidir. Geleneksel bir sektörde hızla ilerliyor, kara yolu lojistiğinin dijitalleşmesine ve otomasyonuna odaklanıyoruz. Büyüyen ekibimize katılacak, İstanbul ofisimizde görev alacak bir Operasyon Yöneticisi arıyoruz. En büyük anahtar müşterimize en yüksek hizmet kalitesini sunmayı hedefleyen uluslararası bir ekibin parçası olacaksınız. Pozisyon İstanbul'da bulunmaktadır ve %100 ofisten çalışma esasına dayanır.

Operasyon Yöneticisi olarak ekibin taşıyıcı ağını ve taşıyıcılarla ilişkilerini geliştirmek, şirket için yeni fırsatlar yaratmak gibi ilgi çekici sorumluluklar üstleneceksiniz. Bu rolde:

- Günlük kara yolu operasyonlarını yöneteceksiniz: Rezervasyondan teslimata kadar tüm kamyon operasyonlarını yürüteceksiniz.
- Kapasite bulacak ve satın alacaksınız: Her gün taşıyıcılarla görüşecek, fiyat pazarlığı yapacak ve doğru araçları doğru fiyata temin edeceksiniz.
- Taşıyıcı ağınızı büyüteceksiniz: Mevcut taşıyıcı ilişkilerini güçlendirecek, yeni taşıyıcıları ağımıza kazandıracaksınız.
- Piyasayı yakından takip edeceksiniz: Haftalık fiyat gelişmelerini izleyerek,  piyasada nerede fiyat dalgalanmaları olduğu konusuna hakim olacaksınız
- Spot talepleri kazandıracaksınız: Müşterilerin spot taleplerine hızlı ve rekabetçi teklifler verecek, bunları yeni iş fırsatlarına dönüştüreceksiniz.
- Taşıyıcıların ana iletişim noktası olacaksınız: Operasyon, fatura ve ödeme süreçleri ile satın alma konularında taşıyıcılara destek vereceksiniz.
- Taşıyıcılarla yüz yüze görüşeceksiniz: Güven ve uzun vadeli iş birliği oluşturmak için taşıyıcı ziyaretleri organize edecek ve bu ziyaretlere katılacaksınız.
- Uluslararası network ekibimizle yakın çalışacaksınız: Ekibin ihtiyaçlarına hızla yanıt verecek ve yurtdışı operasyonların aksamadan ilerlemesini sağlayacaksınız.
