We're making sure it never breaks. Silna Health attacks the root cause of denied claims: the fragmented, incompatible systems that govern prior authorizations, eligibility verification, and benefit checks, turning workflows that used to take days into decisions made in minutes, before care is ever delivered. We work across behavioral health, physical health, ambulatory care, and post-acute care, where administrative failure doesn't just cost money; it can delay or deny patient access entirely. We're backed by Accel and Bain Capital Ventures, and we're building fast. ## WHY JOIN SILNA - Ground-floor opportunity to build foundational operations at a rapidly growing startup - Work directly with the founding team and influence company direction - Competitive compensation package including equity - Chance to make a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery through operational excellence - Fast-paced, dynamic environment that rewards initiative and results - Opportunity to solve complex problems alongside brilliant colleagues This role is perfect for someone who loves building systems from scratch, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to be instrumental in transforming how healthcare providers interact with insurance. If you're ready to join a mission-driven company that's revolutionizing healthcare administration through operational excellence, we want to talk to you. ## WHAT WE OFFER - A rapid-paced work environment with an incredibly enthusiastic and motivated team - The opportunity to work with customers that actually love the product - The ability to work on technology that is materially improving health outcomes - Competitive compensation and benefits package - 401k - Unlimited PTO ## LOCATION This role is fully in-person 5 days a week in our New York City office. ## About Silna Health ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Silna Health builds the first Care Readiness Platform, an AI-powered system that automates prior authorizations, benefit checks, and insurance monitoring for specialty healthcare providers. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series A) - **Headquarters**: New York, New York, United States - **Founded**: 2023 - **Founders**: Jeffrey Morelli (CEO), Sagar Jajoo (COO), Pavel Asparouhov (CTO) ## Core Business - Primary industry/industries: Healthcare Technology (Revenue Cycle Management, Prior Authorization Automation) - Target customers: B2B, specifically specialty healthcare providers including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) centers, occupational therapy clinics, cardiac rehabilitation facilities, and hospice care providers. - Mission or purpose statement: To make care the primary focus by handling all the administrative paperwork (prior authorizations, benefit checks, insurance monitoring) upfront, so providers can spend their time on caregiving instead of administrative overhead. ## Products & Services - **Care Readiness Platform**: An AI-powered SaaS platform that consolidates three core functions into one system: - **Prior Authorization**: Automates the entire prior authorization process, from tracking upcoming authorizations and sending weekly reminders to submissions and follow-ups.
