Als Operations Werkstudent (m/w/d) bei GALVANY führst du gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen digitale Hausaufnahmen durch und legst damit den Grundstein für eine reibungslose Wärmepumpeninstallation. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Auftragsmanager:innen zusammen und bringst dein bautechnisches Verständnis direkt in unseren Feinplanungsprozess ein. Deine Aufgaben - Du führst gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen Online-Termine zur digitalen Hausaufnahme durch, unterstützt durch unser Feinplanungstool und Screensharing. - Du bereitest Kund:innen im Vorfeld auf den Termin vor (z. B. Hinweise zu Grundriss, Smartphone, stabiler Internetverbindung) gemäß unserem standardisierten Kommunikationsprozess. - Du nimmst relevante bautechnische Details digital auf und dokumentierst diese strukturiert im Feinplanungstool. - Du lädst die abgeschlossene Feinplanung fach- und termingerecht hoch und stellst so die Grundlage für die weitere Projektsteuerung sicher. - Du arbeitest eng mit deinem zuständigen Auftragsmanager zusammen, der/die dich fachlich koordiniert und deine Projekte priorisiert.
