## Job description

Paradigm has opportunities for Organizational Change Manager (OCM) (Lead or Supporting) to employ their knowledge, skills and techniques to deliver and implement initiatives and enable our customers to maximize their investments in their business processes and information technology. The role will be based onsite for our customers who are in Winnipeg. Kindly note candidates must reside in Canada to qualify. If you have strong OCM experience within IT and feel that the responsibilities shown below describe you to a tee, we’d like to hear from you! Each requirement we receive varies, but the skillset may include: Experience in leading/ supporting project change initiatives within multiple projects

7+ years for a Lead role 5-7 years in a supporting role Prosci® or equivalent Change Management certification (CCMP) Bachelor's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution. Working knowledge of project management methodologies, project lifecycles, tools, and governance practices. Duties may include: Developing and implementing organizational change management strategies aligned with project objectives. Conducting stakeholder impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments. Identifying change-related risks, barriers, and areas of resistance. Developing and executing mitigation strategies to address stakeholder resistance and adoption challenges. Creating and delivering communications strategies, plans, and materials. Developing training, coaching, and engagement approaches to support change adoption. Leading or supporting OCM workstreams and project teams. Ensuring the consistent application of change management methodologies and best practices throughout project delivery. Creating actionable change management plans, including: Stakeholder Impact AnalysisChange Management PlansBusiness Readiness AssessmentsCommunications and Engagement PlansTraining and Learning Plans Facilitating stakeholder workshops, meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions. Partnering with project teams, business leaders, and sponsors to support successful change adoption. Monitoring organizational readiness and adoption outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. Developing communications and materials on behalf of executives, sponsors, and business leaders as required.
