Connected's mission has always been to breed, grow, and sell the best cannabis in the world, setting high standards for its products, people, and partners wherever we go. ## What You Will Do Connected/Alien labs Packaging Technicians play a crucial role in the production and distribution process by ensuring that products are securely and efficiently packaged for shipping or retail display. This role involves collaborating with production teams to meet quality standards, maintain a streamlined packaging process, and contribute to overall operational efficiency. Duties and Requirements Packaging Operations: - Execute the packaging of various cannabis products, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Operate packaging machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines. - Monitor and maintain packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance. Quality Control: - Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet specified standards. - Identify and report any discrepancies or defects in the packaging process. - Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve quality issues. Compliance: - Stay current on cannabis regulations and packaging requirements. - Ensure all packaging activities adhere to local and state regulations. - Assist in maintaining accurate records related to packaging processes for compliance purposes.
